Great Indoor Folk Festival ~ Feb 12, 2012
The 4th Annual Great Indoor Folk Festival takes place this Sunday, February 12 in Building 50 at the Grand Traverse Commons. The festival runs from noon to 5:30, and it is family-friendly and free, though you're encouraged to donate through "busker buckets." There will be 6 different stages with over 50 musicians on seven different stages. Empire Winterfest (Feb 11), ÊTraverse City Winter Microbrew Festival (Feb 11), Glen Arbor Winterfest (Feb 18), ÊSleeping Bear Snowshoe Hikes (Every Saturday). Check the Leelanau Calendar. The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports that the Suttons Bay Norsemen soccer team blitzed Big Rapids Crossroads 7-0 in the regional semifinals on last night.
The Norsemen, now 19-2-1 and ranked 5th in the state will face #3 ranked Muskegon Catholic Central (18-2-2) on Saturday at 4 PM at Muskegon Western Michigan Christian.
Way to go Suttons Bay!

I didn't get a chance to so to the finals game but I was at the Crossroads game.
I took some actions photos of the 2008 suttons bay norsemen soccer team during the course of their season, so if there are any parents out there that want actions sports photos of their kid playing sports, like football, volleyball, cross country and soccer feel free to check out.
