The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports that the web site for the Northport Promise, a pledge to pay college tuition for students who graduate from Northport Public School and attend any public post-secondary school in Michigan, is now online. Donations to the Northport Promise are being accepted by the Leelanau Township Community Foundation.
