Great Indoor Folk Festival ~ Feb 12, 2012
The 4th Annual Great Indoor Folk Festival takes place this Sunday, February 12 in Building 50 at the Grand Traverse Commons. The festival runs from noon to 5:30, and it is family-friendly and free, though you're encouraged to donate through "busker buckets."

There will be 6 different stages with over 50 musicians on seven different stages.   read more »

Leelanau Children's Center Barn Bash

You are invited to the Leelanau Children's Center Barn Bash on Friday, May 7th at the Crooked Maple Farm, 3641 Hohnke Road, Cedar.

This year the Leelanau Children's Center main fundraiser will be a fun, music filled celebration with great food and exciting auction items. This community event will be held in Leelanau County's oldest and second largest barn, right in the heart of the county. Wonderful food prepared by Chef Trish Kropp of Trish's Dishes and gantastic music by the Rachael Davis Band

Tickets are available by emailing us at lcc.fun.events@gmail.com for $50- per person, OR you can purchase tickets through this website for $54- per person.

Our mission: Children matter. Because children matter, the Leelanau Children's Center provides high quality early childhood educational programs, and advocates for children, parents and families.
