Leelanau Area Coat Drive
It is time again clean out those closets! The annual Coat Drive is looking for all winter gear like coats, hats, mittens, leggings, etc. Winter gear can be dropped off at Riverfront Pizza and Leelanau Vacation Rentals in Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Realty in Empire, Gabe's Market in Maple City and of course the Glen Lake Community Reform Church in Burdickville.
If you know of someone in need please tell them to feel free to go to the church and pick out what they need or call Robin 334-4678 or Sue 334-3876 and let them know what you are looking for and we can let you know when we have the sizes available. The church is usually open from 9-4 Mon-Thurs and on Sunday for services and you may want to call first to make sure the lobby is open.
