News from the Week
The cherry blossoms came out this week and with all the sun, it's been beautiful. I've been trying to get out and take some pictures but this darn "work" thing keeps getting in the way. There were some interesting historical stories this week from the Enterprise on the Leelanau Cherry Blossom Tour and the wreck of the Vernon in 1887 on Lake Michigan. I was also interviewed on Interlochen Public Radio along with Keith Schneider of the Michigan Land Use Institute and you can listen to The Internet Up North over at the IPR web site.
The Week's Weather
Lots of sun, some overnight rain and great temperatures - hard to beat last week for sure ... especially when you add in the cherry blossoms, trilliums and morels!
