there is a tour for you! Owner and guide, Richard Allen, built his fleet of beautiful wooden kayaks, and has paddled and explored local waters for over ten years. His wooden boats are light and fast, and the triple cockpit boats are very stable and kid-safe. Small children can ride in he middle cockpit.Some tours require a minimum of 4 paddlers. Introductory Lesson/Tour Learn the basics of sea kayaking technique, safety, and equipment in the beautiful, sheltered waters of the Carp River in Leland. Recommended for all ages. 1.5-2 hours. $35 per person. Victoria Creek Wetland Tour A leisurely paddle through the quiet waters of Victoria Creek from Cedar to South Lake Leelanau. This natural area offers excellent wildlife viewing. 2 hours. $45 per person. 4 person minimum. Downwind Run Paddling from Good Harbor to Leland with the wind and waves at our back, this trip offers some excitement and challenge. Requires only moderate skill level. 2 hours. $50 per person. 4 person minimum. Sunset Paddle Departs Leland on either Lake Micihgan or Lake Leelanau for a relaxing view of the sunset. 1 1/2 hours. $35 per person. Custom Tour Let us custom design a tour for you. We can have a catered meal waiting for you at the end of a paddle down Lake Leelanau or Lake Michigan shorelines. The possibilities are endless... Minimum of 4 people. Cost varies.
