The Leelanau Enterprise reports that an attorney for the owner of Sugar Loaf Resort (Remo Polselli) this week said he was "not at liberty to say" who currently holds the mortgage for the resort. Ashley Bloom, a Florida investor, purchased the note from Huntington Bank and then conveyed it to an undisclosed party. Read the story.
