Michigan Live is reporting that environmentalists and water experts from the Great Lakes are in Washington working on an agreement to protect the region's water. The hope is that Congress and Canada would sanction and add teeth to the agreement. Story on mLive

Leland Falls in Quarterfinals [03.19.03]
