Volleyball District Tournament Saturday [02.27.03] Volleyball Districts begin this Saturday (Mar 1) at 10 AM. In class C action Glen Lake plays at Kingsley and Suttons Bay is at Suttons Bay. Class D will be at Leland with Northport, Leelanau School, Leland & T.C. Christian squaring off. Check the Leelanau Sports Page for complete schedules! Basketball Districts Monday [02.28.03] Boys Basketball District Tournaments start next Monday night (Mar 3). In Class C at Glen Lake, Forest Area meets T.C. St. Francis (6 PM) and Glen Lake faces Kingsley (8 PM). Class D at Northport opens with Leland vs. Northport (6 PM). On Wednesday, Lake Leelanau St. Mary meets Leelanau School (6 PM) and T.C. Christian will play the winner of Leland/Northport (8 PM). The Leelanau Sports Page has more! District Volleyball Results [03.03.03] Volleyball District tournaments were held Saturday. In Class C, Suttons Bay fell to Charlevoix 17-15, 15-9 in the district finals. Leland took the Class D district with a victory over Northport in the finals. In Class C at Glen Lake, Traverse City St. Francis blew out Forest Area 83-23 while Glen Lake topped Kingsley 60-50. Suttons Bay will face St. Francis on Wednesday (6 PM) and Glen Lake faces Mesick at 8. In Class D at Northport it was Leland defeating Northport 74-48 . On Wednesday, Lake Leelanau St. Mary meets Leelanau School (6 PM) and Leland will play T.C. Christian (8 PM). The Leelanau Sports Page has more!
