Sealed Bids
Persons not present at the auction, but wishing to bid on specific items, may place their bid by mail, fax, or e-mail to the addresses listed below. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by the bidder's full name, address, and telephone number; the item on which the bid is placed; and a statement of the maximum bid offered. Sealed bids must also include a credit card number and expiration date (specify cards). Only sealed bids received by the date of the auction will be considered.
Methods of payment include cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.

Below you will find a listing of items for the Live & Silent Auction to be held during Love Letters, a gala fundraiser for the Leelanau Historical Museum. Items in the live and silent auction
will be on display one hour prior to the performance and at the gala reception following. You can preview the Chatham lithographs now at Suttons Bay Galleries, Suttons Bay (271-4444) and Winter Light will be in the Love Letters set. An open bid sheet will accompany each silent auction item. Bidders may post a higher offer at any time. Excitement mounts (and surprises are often revealed) as the clock nears the auction's end!

Raffle Item -- $875 value :
Take your chances! "Pond in Fading Light", an original lithograph created by artist Russell Chatham, will be raffled at the Love Letters Afterglow. Both Chatham lithographs are elegantly framed and may be seen at Suttons Bay Galleries, 102 Jefferson, Suttons Bay, 231 271-4444. A limited number of $10 tickets are available there, as well as from Leelanau Historical Museum representatives.
