Paul's Paradise Cottages is a quaint cottage resort located on beautiful Little Traverse Lake in Leelanau County, Michigan. We are close to golf & skiing at Sugar Loaf, the Sleeping Bear Dunes and the villages of Glen Arbor and Leland.The three lake front cottages are beautifully maintained 2 bedroom units decorated in the traditional cottage style. All have electric ranges, microwaves, refrigerators, hot water and showers. Heat, when needed, is provided by central gas furnaces or build a fire in the fireplace or wood stove. These cottages give you the warm home feeling all year 'round. All cottages are stocked with complete kitchen equipment, radios, and color televisions. Bring your own linens and towels. Each cottage comes with a rowboat and life preservers. Your charcoal grill and picnic table on the deck make a wonderful lake side dining experience. The large picture window overlooking Little Traverse Lake provides beautiful views and will make your stay at Paul's Paradise one to remember and repeat year after year. The beach immediately in front of your cottage is perfect for children of all ages. The lake is clean, clear and beautiful with many varieties of fish including perch, bass, pike and bluegill. From shore, enjoy summer sunsets over the lake. Use the rowboat provided with your cottage or bring your own. Water-skiing is allowed. The Leelanau Peninsula had many activities for everyone to enjoy including parks, beaches, North and South Manitou Islands, hiking, shopping, dining, skiing, biking, golfing and fishing. MAKE RESERVATIONS EARLY! Check-in: 2:00 PM Saturday Check-out: 9:00 AM Saturday Off Season Weekly Cottage Rates #1 - $600.00 #2 & #3 - $650.00 per week (4 people), $50 extra per person per day or week. Off Season Daily Cottage Rates* $115.00 daily rates based on double occupancy. $25 each additional person *excludes holidays. 2006 Summer Cottage Rates #1 - $1200.00 Week #2 & #3 - $1250.00 Week 4 people: $50 extra per person per day or week. All summer reservations require a $500 deposit. The balance plus 6% Michigan sales tax due upon arrival. No refunds without a 90 day notice. Pets are not permitted during season. Sorry -- No Credit Cards We prefer to rent on a weekly basis during the summer but cancellations occasionally occur. Please call with your needs and we will accommodate if at all possible.
