Rental Fees and Policies

Sunset from the DocksInitial deposit: references, 50% of rent. Only renting party may occupy property during rental term. Upon cancellation, deposit, less $100, will be refunded only if rented by another tenant.

No pets or smoking are allowed in the house at any time.

Check out time: 10am Saturday
