Birchwood Hall is a newly built lake cottage located 1 1/3 miles south of the Village of Lake Leelanau. It offers a private wooded setting from the cottage to South Lake Leelanau that can accomodate large groups. IN THE AREA Excellent coffee house 1.5 miles away in the town of Lake Leelanau Sparkling water and sandy beaches of Lake Michigan are 5 minutes away Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Casinos, and The Homestead, and Crystal River all within 45 minutes drive Antiques & galleries in the nearby towns of Lake Leelanau, Leland Fish Town, Suttons Bay, Omena, Glen Arbor and Northport 2 hour drive to Mackinaw Island Excellent eateries within 15 minutes (two vegetarian)
