I've been busy trying to set up the summer schedule and now have a good idea of what is open: June 19-26 9 units.....1-3 bdrm. units with 10% discount since it is early. June 26-July 3 3 Units.....Grace Up Large-2 bdrm. apt. with fireplace @ $1225, Grace Dwn. Small-1 bdrm. apt.- sleeps 4 @ $1015, Master Studio-upstairs in the lodge @ $985. July 3-10 2 Units........Loft-Small 2 bdrm. apt. Upstairs in duplex @ $1015, Grace Down Small-see previous post. July 10-17 1 Unit......Loft(see previous post). Aug. 14-21 3 Units....... Grace Down Small(On Hold)-see previous, Lakeview(On Hold)-small 3 bdrm. cottage-sleeps 6 @ $1420, Master Studio(On Hold)-see previous. Aug. 21-28 2 Units.....Hilltop(On Hold)-our largest with 3 bdrms. & 2 baths-sleeps 8 @ $1740, Master Studio-see previous. Aug. 28-Sept. 4 6 Units......Loft Up-small 2 bdrm. apt. @ $913(with 10%-late in season), Grace Down Small @ $910(with 10%), Grace Up Small @ $1025(with 10%), Grace Up Large-2 bdrm. apt. @ $1100(with 10%), Gameroom Studio @ $905, Master Studio @ $880(with 10%). We are opening for the season on May 21.......There are 16 cott/apts. that are rented for a 2 night min. up until June 19 when we go by the week only until Sept. 4 and then go back to the 2 night min. These units range $90-180/night depending on time of week and size of unit. We will close on Oct. 24. We also have 6 small rooms in the main lodge that are rented by the night @ $80-85 during the spring and fall. During the summer they go $90-95/night. Actual photo sizes are: 5x7 for $25, 8x12 for $40 and 10x15 for $60 plus $5 shipping and handling. They come matted in a white mat with a foam core backing, signed and bagged. The paper used is Kodak Endura with a metallic finish which gives the photos a glossy pearlescent appearance. Satisfaction guaranteed. |
