May 22, 2013 ----Hi all...Check out Greg's new photography site: http://www.leelanauimages.com/ Summer 2013 Cottage/Apartment Openings: June 22-29 Grace Down Small--1 bdrm. apt. with 2 twins and double sofa bed in living room, screened porch @ $1150 Grace Up Small--1 bdrm. apt., similar to Grace Down Small, but larger @ $1290 Grace Up Large--2 bdrm. apt. with 1 double, 2 twins and double sofa-bed, good sized living/kitchen area, fireplace @ $1385. June 29-July 6 *******Just opened......Pool Hall--2 story cottage with 2 1/2 bedrooms (1 bdrm. down with queen, 1 bdrm. up with 2 twins and second living room upstairs with 1 twin and double sofa bed), 2 baths @ $1975 Grace Down Small--see above July 6-13 Gameroom Studio--Upstairs in the lodge, 1 double, 1 twin and double sofa-bed @ $1140 July 13-20 *********Just opened.....Pool Hall-- see above @ $1975 Aug. 17-24 Gameroom Studio--see above Grace Up Large--see above Aug. 24-31.......This week also reflects 10% discount due to the timing. Stable--small 2 bdrm. apt. with 1 double and twin bunks @ $1055 Loft--same as Stable, but upstairs @ $1030 Carriage House #4--3 bdrm. apt. with 1 double and 4 twins, deck @ $1390 Carriage House #6--3 bdrm. apt. with 1 queen, 2 twins and twin bunks, large bright living/kitchen area, attached deck and great view @ $1915 Grace Down Small--see above Grace Up Small--see above @ $1160 Hilltop--Our largest cottage, 3 bdrm. with 2 rooms having a double and twin and the 3rd room having 2 twins, 2 bathrooms, 2 stories, fireplace, attached deck upstairs, good sized @ $1775 Don't forget our rooms by the night in the lodge........ We open May 22. There are 15 cott/apts. that are rented for a 2 night min. up until June 15. We then go by the week only until Aug. 31 and then go back to the 2 night min. These units range $90-200/night depending on time of week and size of unit. During the summer the cottages/apts. range $1000-2150/week. We will close on Oct. 21. We also have 6 small rooms in the main lodge that are rented by the night @ $85-90 during the spring and fall. During the summer they go $100-105/night. All prices do not include 6% sales tax. Prices subject to change.
