Homewood Cottage Association in the Fall TO MAKE RESERVATIONS, or for more INFORMATION, please call 231-386-5831.
NOTE: Please be sure to call to make your reservation BEFORE sending money, either through Paypal or by mailing a check. The availability calendars may have not been updated to reflect recent reservations or cancellations at the time you are viewing them.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY in the Applewood, Northwood, Driftwood, and Oakwood cottages. These cottages accomdate up to 5 and 6 guests, HOWEVER, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per additional guest per night over 4. Lil Log Cabin and Cedar Post may be rented on an overnight basis when available. CHECK-IN TIME is between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 a.m. If special arrangements need to be made, please call ahead and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs whenever possible. LATE CHECK-OUT without prior arrangements being made with management will result in guests being charged a $50 fee.

DEPOSITS equal to one-half of the total stay are required at the time the reservation is made. You may do this with a credit card (through Paypal), personal check, or money order. Personal checks (with driver's license # written on them), or money orders must be made payable to "Covert Management" and mailed to Homewood Cottages, c/o Jamie Covert, P.O. Box 222, Northport, MI 49670. Deposits must be received at the Homewood Cottage Association within two weeks of the date the reservation was made, otherwise the reservation will not be held.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL, which will include a 6% sales/use tax.

CANCELLATION and/or EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: All reservations cancelled after May 1st for the summer and fall season will be subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the cottage is re-rented for the full rental rate of the reserved stay, in which case the deposit will be refunded MINUS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE. In case of a CANCELLATION within 2 weeks prior to the reservation there will be no refund and the entire deposit will be forfeited. In the event of an EARLY DEPARTURE there will be no discounts and the full amount of the stay is forfeited. If you have any concerns about these policies or need clarification, please ask at the time you make your reservation.

COTTAGE HOUSEKEEPING: Your cottage will be clean upon your arrival and cleaned after your departure. There is no daily housekeeping provided. In the unlikely event that you have any housekeeping issues, please notify the office immediately, not at the end of your stay, so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible (no discounts will be given). One set of bed linens per bed will be provided for your stay. Any additional bed linens are available for a fee. One set of bath towels and wash cloths will be provided for each guest. ADDITIONAL LINENS OR TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR A FEE. Prior to your departure, please wash all dishes and leave the cottage in a respectable condition. Any cottage left otherwise will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Sorry, *NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGES and only outside if cigarettes are disposed of in a proper container that is kept outside.
