	Sleeping Bear Dunes: Platte River Campground
	Platte River Campground is open year-round, on a first-come, first-served basis. Pull-in and pull-through sites are available for RV's, including electrical hookups. Tent and walk-in sites are also available, some with electrical hookups. Nearby is also a backcounty campground for backpacking enthusiasts. Platte River Campground consists of 179 sites, with 44 reservable through the National Lakeshore at 1-800-365-CAMP. Portable water and a sanitation station are available near the entrance. Water is located throughout the campground, also there are flush toilets, camp sinks and shower facilities located at the restrooms. Camping is limited to 14 days. Groups can reserve campsites by calling 1-800-365-CAMP.
