This is incredibly powerful and somewhat haunting. I have a childhood friend that is a gifted doctor. One evening at his cabin I asked him what is the biggest issue he deals with in his world. He said "mental illness, because it is so hard to diagnose, there are no x-ray's and no surgery that provides a rapid recovery". I'll never forget the quite the fell upon the place as we all contemplated exactly what he meant and our silent agreement.
