Farmland Millage Proposal Headed for Ballot

The Leelanau Enterprise reports that on Tuesday, the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners voted 4-3 to place an extra-voted millage proposal on a ballot to fund the county's "Purchase of Development Rights" (PDR) farmland preservation program.
