The annual Epicurean Classic takes place next Thursday - Saturday (Sep 11-13) at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City. It's really an amazing celebration of the culinary arts that brings in nationally known chefs and offers great tasting tents and parties. Over on Absolute Michigan we're giving away 2 free passes for Friday & Saturday tastings & classes -  click to enter Absolute Michigan's Epicurean Classic Giveaway! The winner will be announced tomorrow so be sure to get your entry in now!

We have some video below from the TV show Fork in the Road that will give you an idea of what's in store for you if you win ... or if you attend! (click to YouTube to see in high quality and also click the photo for an Epicurean Classic slideshow!)
