When reserving one year in advance, 1/4 of the rent is payable when reservation is made, 1/4 of the rent is payable on the following January 1st and the balance is payable one month prior to occupancy. CANCELLATION Prime Time: (June through mid-October and major weekends): If successful in re-renting, all monies will be returned. Non-Prime Time: All monies will be returned with the exception of a $50 cleaning fee, if spent. I encourage last minute or "spur of the moment" rentals during the off season.
