| eligible media: |
All pieces must be original (conceived and executed by the applicant) with the exception of photography,
any commercially produced 2nd reproductions of artist’s work are allowed in bins, but not on display in booth. Commercial molds, patterns, kits, copies, etc., will not be accepted. |
| exhibit space: |
Each participant will be allotted an approximate square (10' x 10') on grass. A two person team or
partnership producing a single product may qualify as a single exhibitor if this is clearly explained at
the time of application. Participants are requested to erect display structures that will withstand
winds and crowds. Racks should not exceed 8 feet in height. A limited number of double booth
spaces will be offered.

| set-up: |
Set up time will be on Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. or Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. Overnight security will be provided for exhibits on Saturday night only.. Display must be completely set up during show hours.

| entry deadline: |
Slides with entry fee must be postmarked by March 1st.
Acceptance notification will be mailed by April 1st.

| entry procedure: |
Please submit in a business sized envelope four (4) 35mm slides: (3) of your current work and (1) of your booth, with your completed application and entry fee. The slides should be representative of the work to be sold at the show. All jewelry must be juried separately if you want to sell jewelry in addition to your other work. Only slides will be considered by the jury. (No photos or bios, please.) Each slide should be marked with: applicant’s NAME, your MEDIUM and TOP of slide. Do not use tape on the slides. Slides will be returned. |
| fee: |
Exhibit fee is $200. Non refundable jury fee is $15. Please send two (2) checks or money orders made out to the Suttons Bay Art Festival. Include a self-addressed stamped return envelope. If your application is not accepted, your exhibition fee will be returned. No refunds for cancellations received after July 1. |
| awards: |
$400 in cash awards will be presented on Saturday. |
| rules &requirements: |
Artist must be present for the duration of the show and shall represent only his/her own work. You may not drive a vehicle on the marina park, so be prepared to carry/cart your stuff. No overnight camping in the Marina or parking lot. No dogs allowed in the marina park. |
